Asphalt Patch Process:

  • Preparation: The damaged area is cleaned of debris, water, and loose material. Edges may be cut and squared off for better adhesion of the asphalt in the patch.

  • Filling the Area: The patching material (hot or cold asphalt mix) is applied to the prepped area.

  • Compact: The patch is compacted with rollers or tampers to ensure a tight bond and even surface.

  • Curing: The patch area is left to cure and harden before being open to traffic.

Frequently Asked Questions

I had a water company come in and remove some of my asphalt and I need it backfilled. Do you service requests like that?

Yes, a large part of our service requests come from electrical and water companies who request our services. Our process can usually be performed in a few hours from start to finish.

How do you fix alligator cracking (large amounts of cracks in close proximity resembling the back of an alligator) that is present on my asphalt?

Typically alligator cracking needs a fully depth patch for best results. This form of cracking usually occurs where asphalt cannot support the weight of vehicles, low spots in the asphalt where water builds, or it can start from one untreated crack branching off and forming more cracks.
